Turn AI investments into measurable outcomes.
Rebase Labs provides AI services for IT leaders turning business goals into AI strategy, moving workflows into production, and measuring results.
What we offer
Hands-on support when IT needs direction, delivery capacity, or a clearer view of business impact.
01
Start with the business outcome
Clarify the result leadership wants to achieve, understand the current environment and how the work happens today, then turn those findings into a practical AI strategy.
See what this includes
Business outcome definition, current-state assessment, AI strategy, success measures, and a prioritized implementation plan.
02
Drive priority workflows into production
We provide forward-deployed engineering (FDE), working alongside your team to redesign workflows, build and integrate AI solutions, and move them into production with success measures tied to your business goals.
See what this includes
Forward-deployed engineering, workflow redesign, solution implementation, integration, production rollout, and operating controls.
03
Build adoption and measure results
Train the people responsible for the work, measure adoption and results against the intended business outcome, and identify what to improve, expand, or stop.
See what this includes
Team training, adoption support, and before-and-after measurement.
Rebase IQ
See the current state. Measure what changes.
Rebase IQ gives IT one view of AI usage, ownership, and cost across supported vendors. Delivered through Rebase Labs engagements, it helps establish a baseline and track what changes.

The Rebase IQ Baseline
A clear starting point for IT and leadership.
For teams that need a clearer starting point, the Rebase IQ Baseline is a founder-led, four-week assessment of the current AI environment.
01
Current-State View
Your AI tools, agents, usage, ownership, and spend across supported vendors.
See how we build it
- Align with IT and leadership on the questions the review should answer
- Connect available cost and usage sources
- Consolidate supported vendor, account, user, and ownership data
- Establish the current-state measurement point
02
Strategic Gap Analysis
An assessment of visibility, adoption, governance, and measurement against leadership priorities.
See what we evaluate
- Usage and utilization
- Account ownership and provisioning
- Vendor data and API coverage
- Governance and decision rights
- Alignment with leadership priorities
- Department, project, and client visibility where supported
03
Prioritized Improvement Plan
A clear plan for what to improve, expand, investigate, or stop.
See what the plan includes
- Immediate visibility and provisioning improvements
- AI tools or teams requiring further investigation
- Opportunities to improve adoption
- Investments to improve, consolidate, expand, or stop
- Workflows that may benefit from deeper Rebase Labs support
- Measures for evaluating what changes next
Visibility depends on supported vendor APIs and current account provisioning. The Gap Analysis documents current visibility limits and recommends how to improve them.

Questions
Frequently asked questions
Who does Rebase Labs work with?
We work with IT leaders who need help defining an AI strategy, moving workflows into production, improving adoption, or measuring business impact.
Is Rebase IQ self-service software?
Not currently. Rebase IQ is delivered through Rebase Labs service engagements. Our team configures the Baseline, works with your stakeholders, interprets the findings, and delivers the recommendations.
What information does Rebase IQ use?
Rebase IQ brings together the cost, usage, and ownership information available from supported AI vendors. The information available depends on each source and the access configured for the engagement.
Can Rebase IQ show usage by department, project, or client?
Where vendor data, account structure, and provisioning support it. When visibility is limited, the Gap Analysis explains why and recommends how to improve it.
What happens after the Baseline?
The Baseline provides value on its own. Rebase Labs can separately help improve adoption, redesign workflows, implement new AI solutions, or establish ongoing measurement.
Can we begin with a defined workflow?
Yes. If the business outcome, workflow owner, and implementation need are already clear, Rebase can begin with a scoped FDE engagement instead of a full Baseline.
